Best Placed has an urgent requirement for experienced Commis Chefs or Chef de Partie to join a well known holiday park operation in Edinburgh.  

Working as part of a small, hardworking kitchen team, as Commis Chef you’ll be tasked with supporting the operations in aspects of food preparation, cleaning and maintaining high levels of service.  

You’ll work under guidance from a skilled Head Chef, but you should also be able to operate under your own initiative as required.  You’ll be expected to assist with the preparation of hot and cold food throughout the day, as well as general housekeeping tasks, ordering stock, controlling wastage and ensuring food hygiene standards are constantly maintained.  You’ll ideally hold a relevant food safety qualification.
