The Role

Snap Fitness are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated General Manager for our Bridgend centre.

You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy gym plus a proven track record in the fitness or retail industries.

This role will include the following:

• Sales management - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
• Proactively look to attract and retain members within your club
• Marketing management to drive membership growth
• Management of Assistant Manager and Personal Trainers
• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc.)
• Complete club schedules and class timetables
• Run reports and analyse data to assist with membership retention.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors ensuring standards are adhered to
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Administration

Candidates should have the following:

• Extensive sales & management experience
• Level 3 REPS Certification (not essential)
• First Aid Certificate
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proven ability to hit targets
• Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen will be highly regarded
