The Russ Hill Hotel is a 190 bedroom-hotel that operates on a 24-hour check in service due to the Hotel’s popularity and location. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist on to the team.

As Night Receptionist, you will be required to;

  • Check guests in and out
  • Run the Nights Audit
  • Answering the telephone and address all enquiries
  • Deal with any guest requests
  • Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures
  • Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required
  • Complete nights cleaning checklist

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous. This role is available on a full-time and part-time basis, includes weekend and a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and the occasional night shift.
