Be the face of the restaurant, control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the F&B Manager to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

You will of worked within a busy restaurant environment for at least 12 months and be used to exceeding guest expectations and delivering the brand standards every shift.

In this role you will be overseeing a section of the restaurant and helping to develop the commis waiters using the tools that we will provide.
