Restaurant Manager – The River Lee Hotel, Cork

The River Club, a brand new bar and restaurant opening in Cork city in June 2018. Located within the River Lee, a Doyle Collection hotel, this exciting new all-day restaurant will offer healthy breakfasts, leisurely lunches and dinner. Using the best of local seafood and quality meat, all produce will be expertly sourced by our team of experienced chefs. Adjacent to the restaurant is the bar, a lively space hosting DJ's and live music from Thursday to Saturday.

We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives on working in a fun, fast paced environment. Joining us for the opening, our Restaurant Manager will be charismatic and confident but with a head for figures, getting involved with stock management and menus, as well as overseeing the floor operations. As an experienced Restaurant Manager, you will be assisting with hiring and training a team of talented waiter staff for this key Cork opening.
