Special Educational Needs Specialist Coach​ - London

Chelsea FC Foundation is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable people to support and develop our popular PAN Disability Programmes across Surrey and the South East.

Person Spec:

  • Essential Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience working within a SEN environment
  • Hold a minimum FA Level 1 Qualification and clear DBS
  • Hold current and valid First Aid & Safeguarding Children certificates
  • Ability to work during weekends, evenings and school holiday periods
  • Live within commuting distance of Surrey and surrounding counties
  • Hold a clean driving license & have their own transport
  • Hold Current Passport
  • No restrictions with traveling overseas

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of working / coaching within a SEN environment
  • Knowledge and experience of working with competitive teams and/or grass roots football clubs
  • Knowledge and experience of working with International Students

The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to Chelsea FC Foundation policies and procedures in particular Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and with regard to the Data Protection Act.

The Employee must act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are in their care or attending the Company’s premises.  The Employee must report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the Academy Safeguarding Lead.
