Client Services Executive - Fulham, London

Reporting to: Client Services Manager

Department: Hospitality

Job Function: Account management, service and retention of seasonal hospitality members. In this role you can expect to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm as well as matchdays.

Contract length: Full time, permanent 

Main responsibilities:

  • Account management of seasonal clients
  • Account management of all third party re-sellers
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the season
  • Keeping all contact information and client data accurate and up to date
  • Ensure pre match preparation and checks are completed to the required standard
  • Interacting with clients on a match day
  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to and followed up in line with our CFC expectations and policies
  • Ensure all client interaction is logged as required on Dynamics
  • Assisting the sales team with MBM and seasonal hospitality sales as and when required
  • Represent the Chelsea FC brand at any external events, meetings, exhibitions

 

Measures of Performance:

  • Renewal rates meet annual targets
  • Ensuring all third party resellers are acting in line with their contracts
  • All administration completed accurately and efficiently
  • Annual, MBM and UEFA Competitions sales meet annual targets
  • To ensure that all objectives set out in PDP are achieved
  • To ensure all our clients are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner, both on match days and non-match days
  • To achieve maximum results in Mystery Shopper

Person Specification:

  • Proven track record of account management within a customer facing environment
  • Organised and efficient, especially working under pressure
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system
  • Confident in client facing situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise
  • IT Skills to a high standard
  • Commitment to the hours of the job including Match days and evenings
  • Experienced in a sales environment
  • Product knowledge and understanding of company objectives
