Senior Sales Manager - Leisure
The Senior Sales Manager – Leisure role is pivotal to the success of the Hotel through the development of relationships which drive the Hotel’s business. This position demands a person who combines strong leadership with an in-depth knowledge of the luxury market, the ability to develop and deliver the sales and membership strategy to gear the performance of our Hotel. The primary focus is to target high-end leisure clients. As such, the role demands in-depth knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to capitalize on existing relationships and develop new ones to gear performance in this area.
Ambitious and tenacious, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role within the Sales sector. Implicit to their success is their ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and identify sales opportunities and convert these into successful business to the hotel.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing the role is highly visible internally and externally. As an ambassador for the Hotel and the wider Bulgari Hotels and Resorts brand, the role promotes the Hotel as a destination of choice for the luxury traveler, maintaining existing client and member relationships and importantly securing new business.
Knowledge and experience of the luxury sales market and international luxury traveler markets are essential.
