K west Hotel & Spa, the cool 4 star deluxe hotel in Shepherds Bush is currently searching for a pro active & driven Luggage Porter to join our Front Office team.

With 219 rooms, a holistic spa, fitness club and music in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights our Hotel is always buzzing with energy!

K West Hotel & Spa has built a reputation for contemporary design, extra large bedrooms and a “Vibe” that appeals to the leisure and corporate markets particularly, in the entertainment industry.

The Hotel is a busy vibrant property in West London and plays an important role within the local community as a venue and as an employer.

As a Luggage Porter, you will have a passion for hospitality and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’!

THE ROLE

• To assist K West guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions
• To maintain the company’s high standards of hospitality at all times by displaying excellent customer service skills
• To be responsible for creating a positive and favourable image of the hotel, covering al l concierge and welcome duties

ABOUT YOU:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Guest and Staff alike: responding in a proactive and professional manner at all times
• Aptitude to think outside the box
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Smart and well-groomed
• Loves assisting and helping guest
• A fun and bubbly personality
