Red Kangaroo is an exciting new Trampoline Park group with plans to roll out across the UK. We believe everyone is born to bounce and our focus is to provide high quality, safe environments for adults and children alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Court Monitors are the safety stewards of the court! These lads and ladies will be able to communicate with kids, youths, teenagers, alpha males and alpha females, influencing their behaviour with their incredible communication skills! Lively, energetic and engaging, the court monitors should have boundless energy and an infectious positive attitude!

Working as part of the team in Nottingham, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Court monitor

• Monitoring activities on the trampoline courts - maintaining high safety levels, but ensuring an engaging and fun atmosphere for all customers
• Hosting safety-briefing sessions to large audiences
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
• Working within the reception team, greeting groups and customers, customer administration, dealing with customer service enquiries 
• Assisting with daily park maintenance, cleaning and checks required in the interest of Health and Safety
• Assisting with cleaning duties throughout the park on a daily basis
• Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, no loose jewellery and follow the rules within the park
• Host events for a diverse range of groups from birthday parties and corporate events to school groups and disabled people
