Floor Manager - London

Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening its inaugural restaurant in the UK in 2018, and is looking for talented individuals to pioneer this initiative.

Have a passion for service? As a Supervisor/Floor Manager, you will join a dedicated team of F&B professionals, serving up world famous Taiwanese signatures.

You will be responsible for looking after our customers and providing the highest standard of service. You will also play a pivotal role in motivating the service team and ensuring all customers’ needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Has shift responsibilities and is accountable to the Outlet In-Charge/Manager for the smooth running of the section/area designated
• Supervise, oversee and assist colleagues at all periods in service
• Assist in conducting training for colleagues to maintain consistent highest possible service and conduct in a first-class manner
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential
• Involve and prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
• Keep the Outlet In-Charge/Manager informed on all items of interest
• Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
• Attend all meetings and training programs when required

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• GCSE’s / Certificate in Food Safety or Hygiene preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field
