About the role:

As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative stability around delivery, communication and administration of the core Supply Chain Security Programme across the EMEA region and markets that includes Asda, George, IPL and Massmart.

The Ins and Outs:
  • Administration of the Supply Chain Security audit programme through the generation of retail link requests and provision of support information
  • Day to day communication with suppliers and markets reference current facilities at risk of expiry and inactivation
  • Act as the initial point of contact that manages the regional inbox
  • Maintain the direct import sourcing list – support in maintenance and accuracy as a tool to ensure both the commercial requirements are maintained and the enterprise objectives around delivery of a secure supply chain are implemented
  • Management of non- facility based dashboard actions
  • Support in generation of directional metrics
