We are looking for a Conference & Banqueting Bar Supervisor for when the Adelphi has large functions on such as events, weddings and conventions. As Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bars facilities Bar & Restaurant, stock & cellar management, processing orders for the Bar & Restaurant and carry out training for the departments staff.

The successful candidate will have previous supervising a Bar, ideally within events experience. You will be a natural-born leader with excellent attention to detail & superb customer service skills.
