Sales & Marketing Manager - Nottingham - OTE 34K

My client is currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing manager to work for an industry leading health club based in Nottinghamshire. The role will pay up to 22k as a basic salary with a very realistic OTE of around 34k. The role comes with extensive training and fantastic development opportunities within the business.

As Sales manager you will be responsible for:
* Maximising membership sales through the daily management of the sales team.
* Setting and delivering successful activity plans to generate new leads.
* Coaching your team to successfully convert potential new members into members.
* Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
* Consistently manage sales performance.
* Be part of the club's duty management team.

Successful candidates will be working in a sales driven environment with experience of managing a team towards the delivery of KPI's. People management experience is essential as well as a proven track record of delivering KPI's.
