When it comes to delivering great treatments to guests and members, in a vibrant health club environment with friendly, professional Spa Teams, Bannatyne Spas really do offer something unique.
Our Spa/Beauty Therapists are responsible for the delivery of a wide array of holistic, hands-on and maintenance spa treatments utilising premier brands such as Elemis, Nouveau lashes, OPI, Lycon and Lava Shells.
Senior Spa Therapist - 40 Hours per week including evenings and weekends.
We are recruiting for a Senior Spa Therapist for Bannatyne Spa found in Bannatyne Health Club Wakefield
Requirements and Duties:
The successful applicant must have 2-3 years experience and be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent, hard-working, flexible, customer friendly with strong retail experience and must be willing to demonstrate an appetite to learn new skills, whilst being able to cover the Spa when the Spa Manager is out of the business.
Your performance is measured through objective KPI measures such as profit retail performance, profit conversion and mystery shopping.
Rewards are given through discretionary monthly commission schemes on achievement of good results.
