Reception Team - New Milton

We are recruiting for a Full Time Reception Team member to join our team at Hoburne Naish, an award winning Holiday Park in New Milton.

The successful applicant should have some reception experience and will be the initial point of contact for enquiries from customers.  This role will require a punctual and reliable person, with a flexible attitude, common sense and a ‘hands’ on approach to their work.

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
