Sous Chef - The Warren Retreat, Dawlish
Full time permanent contract
£24,570 to £26,010 per annum
We're looking for a Sous Chef with not only a fresh approach to cooking, but someone who can lead a diverse team promoting team strengths and assisting personal development of your peers.
Our team is a brigade of up to 6 Chefs, with differing abilities and interests, with our diverse menu there is plenty to keep people interested.
We have 3 eating venues that are all served by the one busy kitchen. Amelias Café is the main hub and is open every day. Warren Retreat is our function room and entertainment area and The Swan is our traditional pub. We serve breakfast lunch and dinner and love sourcing & preparing local produce. We prepare all our food from scratch with the exception of fries and bread, we even process beef direct from a local farmer to make our own burgers and we utilise every joint of meat. We have a range of home-made cakes and believe if you’re going to do something, do it properly, and that's your brief.

Full-time permanent contract, hours will be 40 hours over 5 days to include weekends.
