Admin/Sales Team Member

• Experience of sales, preferably in a related field
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in data inputting.
• Proven high standards in customer care and service delivery
• Friendly, outgoing personality

Working as part of the Brent Cross Admin/Sales Team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Admin Team Member

• First impressions are important; being our guests first port of call; greeting and supporting our guests with their queries via telephone and e-mail.
• To carry out regular outreach campaigns and events to promote and generate new sales opportunities.
• Working towards monthly targets and KPI’s
• Ensuring good product knowledge and ability to make reservations and take payment for bookings.
• Ensuring all customers understand the required health and safety waivers and briefing sessions prior to their sessions.
• Utilise your knowledge of our products and our customers to suggestive sell to our guests.
