To provide the day to day breakfast service and guarantee all of our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel. Take responsibility for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section and the breakfast production and service

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have current experience as a Breakfast Chef within a hotel, preferably of a 4* standard. You should be able to work in a flexible and motivated manner with excellent organisation and time management skills.
