From daily sales and profit reports, to admin support and marketing – getting everything accurate is hugely important. And doing it as efficiently as possible will bring savings to our customers as well as to our business.
The Ins and Outs:
As Trading Assistant within Food to Go and Cafe will support the Buyer with: Category Administration, assisting with range changes, Promo Support and P&L adminDeliver and manage internal/external sales and profit reportingAnswer & resolve store/department and supplier queriesAnalysis, competitor research and day to day trading of your categoryLiaising with different teams & driving accountability to deliver against the critical pathEnsure our lines are listed and set up correctly on the system
What you’ll need:Brilliant time-management, organisation and communication skills Plenty of initiativeCan do attitudeCalm under pressureA proven track record of attention to detail.Excel skillsPassion for the customer
