FULL TIME LIFEGUARDS WANTED!

Our stunning Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex is recruiting for Full Time Lifeguards! 

As a Lifeguard you have one of the most important jobs at our centres, and that is keeping our customers safe in and around the water.  In addition to being a stickler for health and safety, as a Lifeguard you will thoroughly clean assigned areas, set up and break down various activities and events and conduct pool testing according to procedures. These positions are Full Time, 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work varying shifts, (including weekends and evenings), and offer very competitive pay rates.

To be successful as a Lifeguard will have:

• UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification 
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to appropriately correct behaviour of pool users where necessary
• Great customer service skills - a natural people person
• Good standard of physical fitness
• You must be a strong swimmer, able to swim 50 meters on your front and 50 meters on your back
