Part Time Food and Beverage Assistant - The George Hotel, Lichfield

The George Hotel is a 3 star hotel with 45 bedrooms, Darwin’s Restaurant which serves modern-British food and conference and banqueting facilities for up to 110, situated in the heart of Lichfield City Centre.

We have fantastic opportunities for two part time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Food & Beverage team.

The successful candidates will have previous experience within a restaurant environment and will already have knowledge of restaurant service including the correct setting up and clearing of tables. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will be expected to fully understand each menu in order to assist our guests with their choices.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential and the successful candidate will need to be over the age of 18 as this role will include bar work.

Hours are 20 per week and will include morning, evening and weekend shifts.
