We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the south of England for an award winning operator going through a period of significant growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Review club sales plans, ensuring they are aligned to the overall business strategy, are challenging, realistic and will achieve budget.

• Support with campaign launches and mobilising new sites.

• Manage sales process, KPI’s and compliance across all clubs in the region. 

• Set-up sales teams and monitor daily, reporting back to the senior team

• Delivery regular training to the sales managers and sales consultants in the region.

• Support with recruitment and inductions of sales managers and sales consultants for the region.

• Sales forecasting, budgeting/planning/execution/reporting.

• Review clubs/teams performance, identify risk, opportunity and implement solutions to mitigate risk and improve sales performance.

The person:

• Inspiring, driven, commercial with a can do attitude.

• Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills

• Strong on coaching, developing and motivating team members.

• Experience of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy.

• Exposure to managing customer acquisition within a quality customer experience environment.

• At least 3-years Senior Sales Manager, Cluster Sales Manager, Club Manager, General Manager or Regional Sales Manager experience.

• A proven track record in overachievement within a similar role.

• Multi-site sales management experience highly desirable.

• Full clean driving licence.

• Flexibility to travel extensively and stay away from home when required.

• Preferably living within the home counties: Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire
