Membership Sales Manager - West Bridgford, Nottingham

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 basic DOE with £32,000 to £36,000 OTE

Hours: Full-time to include evenings and weekends

Roko Nottingham is based in West Bridgford and has an exceptional range and scope of facilities.  Roko Nottingham is a hub of its local community being the official fitness provider for Nottingham Forest FC, Notts County FC and Nottingham Panthers IHC as well as many other local partnerships.

The role of Sales Manager at Roko Health Clubs is a highly rewarding and challenging role in which you have accountability and responsibility for your sales department.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity.  We want to recruit, retain and develop the best talent and so are flexible in our approach for the right individual.  So, if you are an experienced Membership Sales Manager wanting to become a General Manager we can set you on the path with this role; alternatively if you are a successful Senior Membership Sales Consultant wanting to make your first step into management we can support you to succeed.  

Your role will involve: 

  • Maximising membership sales through the daily management, coaching and development of the sales team and their daily activity.
  • Ensure that all memberships are accurately, professionally and fully sold.
  • Proactively setting and delivering successful activity plans to generate new leads.
  • Coaching your team to successfully convert leads to joiners.
  • Deliver team and personal targets including the core sales standards.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience is delivered, in line with the Roko Way, at all times.
  • Accurately and consistently report and manage sales performance.
  • Be part of the club duty management team.
