Situated in 38 acres of Sussex landscape including beautiful formal gardens, the hotel has 38 excellent bedroom, first class conference and banqueting for up to 400 guests, and a sunny terrace , bar and restaurant taking full advantage of the formal gardens. Adjacent to the hotel is the Bannatyne Spa, with exceptional facilities for hotel guests and local residents alike. This is a busy hotel in an exceptional setting, it is a popular location for leisure and business stays, weddings, events, dining and conferencing.

Waiting Staff -40 hours (including evening weekends and bank holidays.)

A full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services will be given to enable to you ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded. Being able to promote sales and up sell at all times for both food and beverage items is an expectation.
