Door Person - our expectation

  • Ensure a high standard of service is being offered at all times by offering any possible help and assistance for all guests to the hotel and assist with general directions and information, using the guest’s name wherever possible.
  • To ensure car parking is carried out promptly and efficiently and includes information on the charging of accounts and advice on parking penalties.
  • Greet all guests warmly and welcome them to the hotel.
  • Ensure a smooth traffic flow around the area including directing deliveries to the security area at the back gate.
  • Maintain a regard for safety at the front entrance including the reporting of incidents.
  • To be smartly groomed at all times.
  • Inform reception on arrival of the name of the guest when known.
  • Be aware of all hotel facilities and local areas of interest.
