This is you and we need your stand out customer service skills and ability to never give up to join our Concessions team to be the face of our company, help us lean forward and drive our service delivery to the next level and keep guest experience at the heart of everything we do at Ricoh Arena - Home of Premiership Rugby team Wasps, Wasps Netball and Coventry City FC this world-class destination in Coventry hosts around 1.6 million visitors annually and we are super proud to have the Ricoh Arena as our newest venue!

If you have experience in a fast-paced kiosk or hospitality environment or just a passion for customer service - we need to hear from you!

We are holding assessment sessions for this role on the 15th, 16th and 20th of August so apply to make sure you can promote your career into a new league next season!

This role is offered on a variable worker basis, with shifts being offered in accordance with the Wasps and Coventry FC fixtures at the arena this season! Pay rates start from £8.40 - £8.90 (age dependant) for Concessions staff.
