Flip Out Brent Cross are now recruiting for both full and part time team members!

As a team member for one of our sites, you will be given a variety of opportunities to develop you personally and professionally. Flip Out Brent Cross is a new site which opened Easter 2017; you will have an opportunity to be part of the team, as well as setting it up for success post-launch.

Working as part of the Brent Cross Check-In Team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Check-In Team Member

• Being our guests first port of call; meeting and greeting them as they arrive and leave the venue.
• Ensuring good product knowledge
• to support our customers with queries both in person and via telephone.
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and amply stocked.
• Issuing customers with the correct footwear and wristbands prior to their sessions.
• Ensuring all customers have completed and understood the required health and safety waivers and briefing sessions prior to their sessions.
• Utilise your knowledge of our products and our customers to suggestive sell to our guests.
• Ensuring our service standards are kept alive to ensure a consistently excellent experience for all our guests.
