Finance Systems Change Manager
The focus of the Finance Systems team is to provide a service to enable the business to manage their finance processes in a controlled manner. The objective is to bring increased control, automation, simplification and convergence using enabling technology and to assist users with the resolution of issues according to pre-agreed SLAs.
We are currently in the middle of a Finance Transformation project in which we are implementing a number of Oracle Fusion and EPM applications. This person will play a pivotal role in defining how the change team will manage change in the new world of SAAS and IAAS in readiness for Go Live.
- Solution Design;
- Capture business requirements for all application changes
- Capture chart of accounts change requests
- Capture new / amended mapping updates
- Capture amendments to Hierarchy views
- Ensure all changes are reviewed & impact assessed
- Liaise with GPOs/SMEs to assess business process impact
- Review impact of colleague changes on finance
- Develop / update functional/solution design specification
- Preparation of change log for Governance Review
- Collation of functionality enhancement requests for Oracle
- Test Management
- Create / update test scripts - ST and SIT
- Prepare test data
- Create regression test scripts
- Perform regression testing
- Perform systems + system integration testing
- Produce test reports including trends
- Prepare UAT scripts and test data
- Support UAT testing
- Perform fail-over testing
- Perform backup and recovery testing
- Ensure Key Financials Controls are updated and regularly tested
- Experience with Oracle products ( Oracle Fusion / EPM applications )
