Store Manager

Are you an experienced Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic, and a hard worker? Well look no further! We are looking for a Manager to lead our team to deliver fast and friendly service in a very busy store in Spitalfields London.

 All we ask is that you:

·      Are passionate about delivering great customer service and passionate about food.

·      A people focused manager that can develop others

·      Are organised, have great communication skills and have the ability to drive sales on a daily basis

·      Have a proven experience of recruiting, developing, coaching and supporting team members to deliver excellent standards of service

·      Can monitor and review the stores performance in line with budgets and other targets and through sales driving and promotional activities achieve budgeted sales and profit.

What you will need:

·      Have at least two years Management experience within a quick service environment

·      The willingness to learn and want to grow

·      A good understanding of controlling costs and labour
