General Manager - POLPO Notting Hill
POLPO is a Venetian bàcaro - a humble restaurant serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines & classic Italian aperitivo cocktails.
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to head up our Notting Hill restaurant. You will be responsible for managing & leading your team with the assistance of the Head Chef, AM & Bar Supervisor, and you will report directly to our Operations Manager.

- Has experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant and excellent hospitality skills. You must enjoy looking after people and putting them at the centre of everything that you do!
- Is excited by the prospect of building, developing and supporting your own team
- Speaks great English and has a positive, honest, can-do attitude
- Valid right to work in the UK is essential
