What is the main purpose of the role?

You will carry out cleaning duties of our kitchens following the end of service. ensuring back of house areas are clean and health and safety guidelines are adhered to.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: General cleaning of all equipment used in the kitchen, removal of refuse and cleaning of refuse areas.

This role is a full time, permanent position predominately working night shifts of 10pm-6:30am.
