We are looking for a Receptionist/Night Porter who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to check in and checkout guests and groups effectively, maximise sales for room, food and beverage facilities, providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.

During the Night Shift, you will be required to look after hotel security and guest welfare at night, to do regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
