The Hotel features 223 well-appointed guest bedrooms and an on-site restaurant and an on-site bar, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and evening meals.
We are looking for a Receptionist who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to check in and checkout guests and groups effectively, maximise sales for room, food and beverage facilities, providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous. This role will require you to work between 25 to 30 hours per week.
