The Adelphi Hotel are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager who will –

  • Be responsible for the control of all operational departments daily
  • Deputise for the General Manager in his absence
  • Work closely with the Management team to ensure high quality service levels are delivered
  • Ensure effective communication between all departments
  • Ensure that rotas are prepared and controlled in line with business requirements and company standards

The role as Deputy General Manager will have a specific focus on the operations of Food & Beverage. The candidate must have conferencing experience, with previous experience within a Hotel of a similar size.
