The Britannia Edinburgh are looking to recruit a Control Clerk who will ensure that the interests of the Britannia Hotel Group are protected at all times, making sure maximum revenue is generated and losses are kept to a minimum. You will ensure that all new company procedures and instructions are adhered to and draw attention to all areas of weakness/concern and report back to the Hotel Controller.
The successful candidate will prioritise their work effectively, work well towards strict deadlines and have excellent communication skills. This role is Maternity Cover and you will be required to work 35 hours per week.
