Overview:

To be responsible for the smooth Food and Beverage service ensuring that a high level of standards, guest satisfaction and business is maintained throughout the Drawing Room, Bar and Terrace.

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of all the food and beverage products within the Drawing Room Communicate with guests on menus, beverages and dietary requirements Take orders  Serve Afternoon tea and All day dining options Provide support to the Bar team with service Run your station efficiently Assist with running any private events within the Drawing Room Operate point of sales system

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Excellent command of the English language
• Great presentation
