Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s country house hotel and spa near Ascot, is a 70-room country house hotel that rewrites the rules.

Role overview:

From delivering freshly baked croissants in the morning, to lunch, dinner or midnight snacks across the estate. You will provide five star standards and exceptional service to guests dining within their rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders over the telephone
• Provide knowledgeable menu advice making suggestions and recommendations
• Be fully aware of dietary requirements
• Track and ensure timely delivery from order to service
• Manage and anticipate guest expectations to provide a personalised service
• Set up and clearing of room service trolleys
• Operate point of sales system
• Collect menu cards from across the hotel
• Deliver amenities as required
• Ensure the mini bar is restocked and stock is removed as required
• Support the Events Operations team during busy functions when IRD is quieter

Requirements:

• Passion for Food and beverage
• Desire for delivery of high quality service and standards
• Excellent presentation and organisation skills
• Able to work full time and flexible to meet shift pattern
• Good command of English
