Full-time Kitchen Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to work full time within our busy kitchen. 

The Mops & Brooms is situated in Well End, Borehamwood and is in splendid rural solitude on the north edge of Borehamwood on the way to Shenley, with magnificent views across Hertfordshire –due to location you would need your own transport or you would need to live locally. As part of McMullen’s McFayre concept we deliver classic pub food, alongside perfectly kept cask ales and a great selection of seasonal drinks. Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
• Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service
• Being a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required
