An award winning independent owner managed beauty clinic established for over 20 years are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join their friendly team. Situated in the beautiful London village of Barnes, you will welcome clients to enjoy a variety of high quality treatments and introduce them to some amazing products. This professional salon offers a warm welcome to its clients who enjoy an amazing experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities:

·         Delivering first class customer service to every single client

·         Performing a variety of high quality treatments including facials, massage, manicure, pedicure, waxing, gel nails and electrical treatments

·         Managing and maintaining salon standards of excellence

·          Uphold stringent cleanliness and health and safety standards

·         Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest’s needs

·         Ensure treatment rooms are thoroughly clean, well presented and well stocked

• Build great relationships so the client will come again and bring friends
• Introduce the gorgeous range of products  that clients can use at home

Requirements:

·         NVQ 3 qualified or equivalent

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience

·         Strong retail sales experience

·         Immaculate personal grooming standards

·         Outstanding customer service skills

·         Quality driven with excellent attention to detail

·         Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

·         Fully flexible regarding working hours
