Breydon Water

Maintenance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Maintenance Assistant to join the team a our wonderful Breydon Water Holiday Park.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to prepare, plan and manage a planned maintenance programme for all public and staff areas, accommodation, bars and entertainment venues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing effectively a budget for Maintenance wages and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
* Plan ahead and organise resources ensuring consistent delivery of Park objectives.
* Ensuring that all required maintenance jobs are recorded on our Company system and the job ticket with time taken and parts used is completed and the cost is applied to the ticket.
* Liaising with external contractors for the completion of specific projects and ensure compliance with Health and Safety.
* Ensuring the good working order of all plant and equipment and plan, prepare and implement a planned maintenance schedule for all plant/equipment to keep in good working order & to be serviced in line with the Health & Safety policy.
* Planing, implementing and controlling winter and summer work programs of repair and maintenance.
The successful Person will:
* Have previous experience of supervising or managing a Maintenance Team.
* Be proven in leading, developing and motivating a team including various trades.
* Ideally have experience of working within a trade.
* Ideally be a qualified Electrician or Gas Engineer.
* Hold a full driving licence.
