Golf Club General Manager- Brentwood - To £35K+ bonus+ benefits

Set in stunning grounds, this is a wonderful opportunity to become the General Manager of a Golf Club near Brentwood in Essex with real sense of community and is a popular functions and events venue.

This is a commercial General Manager post as you will be tasked with developing and delivering the business plan to drive golf membership, golf society days, retail, food and beverage and events income for the club. You will also be the host of the club, responsible for creating a warm and friendly customer experience as well as managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the grounds and club house. This is a hands-on role so you will be expected to lead by example but you will also have a small management team to inspire, coach and develop and together achieve your commercial objectives.

To apply you will already be working in leisure or hospitality as a manager and have exposure to managing management teams and budgets in a commercially driven environment. Experience of driving sales and an interest in golf is essential and experience in managing events and food and beverage operations would be a distinct advantage.
