Last year we were a leading cider and beer company, focussed on high quality brands that our consumers love, like Heineken, Amstel, Birra Morretti, Strongbow, Bulmers and Desperados.

Then we decided to try something different.

HEINEKEN has a long-held belief that pubs are an integral part of British culture and that well invested pubs run by skilled operators can prosper and thrive - so we added 1,900 pubs to our Star Pubs & Bars estate making us the third biggest pub company in the UK.

Some organisations call this role Credit Controller - we call it Credit Supporter as it is critical to our business that we balance the needs our our lessees with wider commercial decision-making. You will be involved in a number of difficult and challenging conversations - so you need to have a robustness and positivity about you that will allow you to role with the punches, keep a firm control of your conversations, and stay in engaged with a variety of stakeholders in a professional manner.  Reporting to the Credit Risk Manager, you’ll work with our commercial stakeholders to agree and achieve performance objectives, KPI’s and service levels (financial and customer experience related).

Previous experience in a Credit Control type of environment is needed as we are currently developing others in the team and need experienced individuals to help support and mentor others.

Salary: £22k - 28k+ base depending on experience
