​London E6 is the biggest and only trampoline and adventure park in London ​which opened in July 2017, the store is very dynamic and in great shape for new leadership that will bring new skills and inject ​a variety of positive input to the already great team.

for the role leading one of our sites:

Team Leadership

  • Ensure team are performing their roles effectively at all times
  • ​Hands on approach to management and leading from the front​
  • Implement on going training with team and to identify areas of improvement and strength within each department​
  • Ensure team have individual performance plans
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals and meetings

Customer Service

  • Ensure team members are promoting and providing the highest level of customer service
  • Immediately responding to customer service in store
  • Ensuring our customers have an amazing experience every time they visit

Operations Management

  • Implement programs that support and encourage individual performance
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures and financial reporting
  • Stock Control

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers
  • Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with outside groups of all backgrounds promoting Flip Out benefits and ​long term partnerships

Health and Safety

  • Be involved in rolling out Flip Outs safe practices and procedures in their specific areas of work
  • Be able to respond quickly to any incidents that may occur
  • Keep up to date with health and safety procedure. 

Other

  • Provide support when needed in various areas of the business

  • At least 2 years experience managing a customer service or other relevant team at GM level.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ​Skilled at building training plans for individual departments.​
  • People-Focussed
  • Leads by example with a hands-on approach
  • Takes Initiative
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Willing to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week including evenings and weekends
