As a Cleaner/ Room Attendant you will work closely with the Floor Housekeepers and Key Maids to clean and maintain allocated guest rooms and corridors up to Principal standards, maintaining cleaning equipment and store rooms to ensure an outstanding 5 star environment and seamless guest experience.

The role of Cleaner/ Room Attendant will include:

• To perform cleaning duties and ensure care & presentation of all equipment
• Schedule thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors including all fittings and surfaces to required standards
• Carry out all reasonable Guest, VIP and special requests as instructed by your supervisor
• To ensure all housekeeping and linen stores are well maintained and cleaned stacked according to the shelf labels
• To keep the housekeeping service trolley tidy and closed when not in use
• To take responsibility for an allocated section within a hotel floor with supervision

As our Cleaner/ Room Attendant you will:

• Have a proven track record within a luxury hotel
• Previous experience of managing the floors
• Have a warm and generous personality
• Intuitive management of both the team and guests
• Be flexible and comfortable at multitasking
• Good communicator with team; managers and other departments
• Driving 5 star service delivery
• Have good Health and Safety knowledge
• Pre-opening experience would be a bonus
