You will be managing a team of between 5-20 colleagues, inspiring and developing your team to deliver a premium service to our customers.

You will be driving promotions and company initiatives throughout the year such as a week of free health checks for our customers (worth 10) as a part of our using our scale for good Healthtember initiative.

Ensuring all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do, from ensuring medicine availability, dispensing, giving health care advice to carrying out tests, you and your team will be at hand to deliver our vision.
  • You will lead, motivate and develop your colleagues
  • You will ensure you and your colleagues are keeping us and customer safe and legal
  • You will build working relationships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries
  • You will ensure payment claims are accurate for anything covered by the NHS

  • Managing one of our new modern Pharmacies, you'll apply your substantial pharmacy management experience and strong customer focus to lead and motivate your team to be the best they can be.

    You will possess a pharmacy degree, be a member of theGeneral Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), be MUR certified and be willing to have a criminal record check carried out.
