Anytime Fitness Reading are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and ambitious Membership Adviser.

You must be a positive, proactive and self-motivated individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond sales targets. You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable on the phone or in face to face prospect meetings. You will be the public face of the club, helping to identify prospects, selling them the club and ultimately signing them up as members.

The club is a 24/7 operation so you need a willingness to be flexible and work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.     

Requirements:

• A high-energy, extroverted personality,
• Naturally sales focused and target driven.
• Preferably experienced in selling
• Approachable and personable with a sense of fun
• Adept at Social Media
