The role of Hospitality Manager at Craven Cottage, Fulham FC, is responsible and accountable for the smooth planning, delivery and implementation or the hospitality and boxes operation at the Stadium. Duties will include, ownership of match day staff recruitment, selection and training, supporting the wider operations team in the development of the customer service product, and ensuring consistent delivery of a market leading, attentive hospitality experience with guests at the heart of this, whilst ensuring that labour and costs of goods budgets are managed and internal, client relationships are maintained.

Reporting into the Head of Hospitality, the ideal candidate will come from a similar role, be an excellent people manager who has managed a small team, will be able to deliver quality service and will be able to deal with customer and client feedback positively!

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis and will include working match days in accordance with the Fulham FC fixtures therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
