Head Chef/Kitchen Manager - Gastro Pub, West London

The Marylebone Leisure Group is expanding!

We are currently looking for two experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Managers to join the team based in West London. We have a number of roles and locations available within our estate and if you have all of the skills/responsibilities below we would love the opportunity to meet you.

• Food preparation/delivery/consistency of food prep.
• GP monitoring
• Overseeing food ordering
• Delivery of operations
• Managing a team
• Stock control
• Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations

You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.

We offer a competitive salary. You will be expected to work 48 - 50 hours a week, receive 28 days holiday a year (inclusive of public holidays).

Accommodation included

You will work alongside our GM and be involved in all aspects of the business from prep to completion, so an outgoing personality and good communication skills are essential. You will also be involved in updating menus and designing new dishes, so experience in this is also highly desired. You will be leading a team so need to lead by example to insure that the highest possible levels of service and standards are upheld at all times. Your role will also involve managing the GP of the kitchen, so pricing and portion control experience is a must.
