The Sales Team are a hugely important part of the business and are responsible for driving pre-booked revenue, organising fantastic events and providing the great Be At One welcome from the first point of contact. Passionate about cocktails, great service and delivering the ultimate guest experience, our team is energetic, dynamic and target driven.

About You:

You will be a hard working, lively individual with a passion for the industry and a proven background in great customer service and maximising sales. You will be professional, well presented and well organised, with a great phone manner and fantastic attention to detail. You will have a great understanding of Sales within the Hospitality sector, and strive to build relationships and hit all targets set for you.

You will be determined and dedicated to your team and your role, and to ensure targets are hit and guest experience is delivered perfectly. You will be happy to commit to the necessary working hours in relation to the needs of the business. You will be able to self motivate and work on your own initiative.

About the Role:

Based in store, our Sales Executives are responsible for dealing with all reactive enquiries, and pro-actively driving new business to the bar. You will have bar specific targets and will complete all requested activity to achieve them. You will upsell packages and pre-orders to existing bookings, and gather feedback from guests on a weekly basis. You will drive all pre-booked sales within the bar.

You will be required to support the operations team on busy sessions as needed, including some evenings and weekends, and at events and large bookings you have arranged. Our Sales Managers are integral to the Be At One team, and work to the same standards as our Operations Team. Networking and business socialising are a key part of the role, and you will also regularly be required to attend meetings in other locations across the estate. In addition, you will regularly stay and liaise with in house guests in the bar on shifts to build new contacts, and to constantly improve your understanding of the Be At One brand and the operational delivery.

You will liaise with other departments in a friendly and professional manner, and ensure all Be At One booking standards are upheld. You will complete weekly and monthly reporting on your activity and the results it has yielded.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify business leads and sales opportunities by pro-actively driving awareness of Be At One through being the face of the business, attending networking events and via all appropriate social media.
  • Plan and conduct effective weekly outreach in the local area to gather data, build relationships with local businesses and raise the profile of the bar.
  • Be aware of key market trends and bar budgets, to identify in advance quiet periods which need more attention and action taken to encourage bookings.
  • Hit pre-set targets on booked covers and PBR on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Deal with all guests in a friendly, professional manner on the phone, via email and in person.
  • Know the product – gather an understanding of our menu, our best sellers, our Masterclasses and more.
  • Build fantastic relationships with your in store team, and all other departments.
  • Compile and utilise an effective corporate database, and champion in house data collection.
  • Identify local marketing and activity to be involved with and liaise with relevant departments to organise.
  • Ensure Be At One is known as the bar within your locality to host your events with the best party atmosphere and fantastic delivery operationally.
  • Meet all KPIs as set and communicated by your Sales line manager.
  • Complete all reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Creation and implementation of a strategic Sales Plan with support from your line manager.
  • Plan key date activity and fully sell venue.
  • Complete cold calling and warm calling on weekly basis.
  • Upsell packages and pre-orders to existing bookings.
  • Prepare and host events and weekends as required.
  • Gather feedback from bookings on a weekly basis and build in house guest relationships.
